It was easy to fall right back into book blogger Kimmie Long’s life. Kim has decided to go with her dream and pursue her writing. She wrote a book and is on the search for an agent to accept it. Her fingers are crossed that her dream agent will say yes, but she submits to others just in case. Big changes happen with Nicholas; he wants her to move in with him! But soon after she does, they seem to drift apart.

Again, it was easy to lose myself in Kim’s fictional world. I love how the story is about a book blogger turned author; and I think many other book bloggers will enjoy that aspect too. I know of a few, and bet there are more book bloggers that dream that one day they will be best selling authors themselves.

I like the struggles that Kim has in this book and not just with Nicholas but with her friends and co workers too. I know it may seem strange that I liked the conflict, but without conflict there is no book, you know? So all of the challenges that Kim had to face in the novel made it that much better.

Overall, Novelista Girl is a great chick lit novel to cuddle up with this winter.
