Book Review: Christmas in Angel Harbor by Jeannie Moon

Besides the beautiful cover, this is really a great story about two middle-aged adults who find love with each other. Jane and Dan were once friends in their small town when they were young. But as life is, Dan moved on and out of town and became a hugely successful best selling author. And Jane took over her family’s bookstore and stayed put in town, due to a death in the family.

Something happens to drive Dan back to town to visit his family, and he ventures to his old hangout, the bookstore. Jane and Dan reconnect and, well, that’s all I’ll say on the plot. 🙂

I really enjoyed this book. I love a strong independent heroine, which Jane is. And I appreciate how they both know what they want, and can communicate to each other. It really is refreshing to read about a middle aged couple finding love too.

So if you’re looking for a cozy small town read, definitely give this a try!
